72kg Double Kettlebell Turkish Get Up
Check this out. I thought I'd seen it all with the TGU but this really takes the biscuit.
One 40kg kettlebell and a 32kg kettlebell. Totalling 72kg of total core blasting power!
The turkish get up is a sure fire way to build awesome stability in your trunk and a great way of building all round usable strength.
Try breaking up the TGU into portions if you're looking to break through plateaus.
Try TGU sit ups with 1 and then 2 KB's where you set of from the floor and move into an upright sit up position. Try going from the top and sit down. Slice it up and reap the benefits.
When you've mastered the one hand TGU try 2 and aim for 72kg's and you'll know what you're capable of when you can handle this type of weight.
