Not a Beauty and The Beast
This is definitely not a beauty but is definitely the Beast (48kg kettlebell)
I have been pressing this fellow out for a while but finally have gotten around to videoing the act of 'Bottoms Up Pressing of THE BEAST'
Tips:
To work upto bottom up pressing the Beast (or any KB for that matter), first work on practicing the bottoms up clean and hold. Simply clean the kettlebell bottoms up and hold, rinse and repeat. It's a great test of balance wrist/grip strength. Don't forget to change hands to get both hands strong in this lift.
As all training work up with lighter weights for higher reps. Keep at it until you succeed. It's that simple.
