Nathan from Kettlebellplanet.blogspot.com has challenged everyone to take a boost to their fitness levels by taking part in the 200 Rep Kettlebell Swing Challenge
That's if you're man or woman enough!
The rules are that you must do this for 30 days straight (right through November) and also complete the reps in 10 minutes.
10 bloody minutes. I had to get my little head working and realised this is one rep every 3 seconds, ouch!!
This one will be really tough so there'll be no going real heavy on the kettlebell, 24kg or 32kg for me. More likely the 24kg.
So, as I have been slacking of late and have failed several other challenges recently I will have a crack at this one and get my backside back into gear for the 50,000 rep Snatch Challenge and working out my VO2 max cadence .
