Floor Wipers

I have been wondering for a while exactly what a 'Floor Wiper' is.
I always assumed it would be done facing the floor and involve a motion resembling 'wiping the floor' and an exercise performed face up.
I was wrong, it isn't! Check out this video from Josh Hillis showing exactly how to perform a floor wiper



Although not related to the kettlebell (although you could do a kettlebell version) the floor wiper is a great exercise and part of the '300 workout' (which incidently has kettlebells in it)

Here is the 300 workout which was done by the actors of the 300 movie to prepare for filming.

25 pullups
50 deadlifts with 135 pounds
50 pushups
50 jumps on a 24-inch box
50 floor wipers
50 single-arm clean-and-presses using a 36-pound kettlebell
and 25 more pullups.

Have a go at this little workout and see how you fare!
The aim is to do it in 20 mins or less.
50 pullups would be a big hurdle for me.
