Adam T Glass has psoted an awesome video of his recent training session (12 Nov08--Press Day)
Mr Glass shows superb technique in all of his movements, especially the Turkish Get Up.
Pay particular attention to Adam's technique here as it is definitely to be learnt from.
What I found interesting is Adam uses his lifting side leg (right leg if kettlebell is in the right hand) very well, he places it out to the side and get's his heel under his butt as much as possible and then moves across his body (right to left) with the kettlebell which will sure improve leverage.
Study his style of 'Turkish Get Up' very closely and look at the planes he moves through in each stage as he is one of the best at this awesome exercise.
