What is a macebell?
Basically the Macebell is an iron ball loaded onto a long shaft that is swung around the head and body for conditioning.
The macebell has been around for centuries and is often used by wrestlers and fighters as part of their training regimes.
In the past I have used the macebell for practicing Scottish Hammer and as part of my training routine for GPP.
Bud Jeffries uses the macebell and came up with a great way to use it in his ebook 'Twisted Conditioning'. One of the exercises Bud recommends is spelling out the alphabet with a macebell. Crazy idea and very unique. Try Spelling from A-Z and you'll you'll totally fry your upper body and core.
