Kettlebell Core Training
After setting myself some kettlebell goals earlier on today, I managed to achieve one of them in my lunch time training session.
I cracked my goal of 10 continous snatch reps with the 60kg kettlebell. I realised how much I have advanced with the 60kg metalbell after this training. My core has been blasted recently with kettlebells and I've come through the other side a lot stronger in both my grip and my core as I now take the thick handle of the 60 with no problem so will push on through my goals.
As I got my target today I've decided to up the quota to 20 continous snatches (10L+10R) with the 60kg
As usual the core of my training has involved the kettlebell snatch and will continue for some time.
I feel generally that heavy kettlebell swings, snatches and cleans will hit the core like no other exercise. When I say heavy I mean as heavy as you can handle.
