Who Say Big Guys Can't Do Aerobics?

New PB - 24kg Kettlebell Snatch Test

Hit 234 reps in 10 mins with the 24kg kettlebell last Saturday Evening

This was the first time doing 10 mins without putting the kettlebell down (pleased with that)
