Kettlebell Challenge

The Beast Challenge

 

Having now got the beast, I have been doing quite a lot of cleans to acclimatise to the weight and thickness of the handle. I also have managed a single bottom up press with the right hand.

 

It’s going well but I have decided to set up my own challenge instead of the standard beast challenge with the pistols and pull ups etc

 

My challenge will be:

 

30 x Kettlebell flips (15 left 15 right)

10 x Turkish get ups (5 left 5 right)

30 x Clean and Press (15 left 15 right)

 

Will post first test and how things are going
