High Rep Kettlebell Training Routines

Having almost busted my 'bum' the other day with explosive heavy kettlebell lifting shenanigans, I'll be sitting back and relaxing on a diet of high rep kettlebell training. For the following reasons:

1. I feel so much fitter and stronger doing this type of session and adding in 'heavy sessions' when neccesary.
2. My heart seems to love the high rep kettlebell training style.
3. My wife loves this type of routine too, despite the sweating all over the place.
4. My gut loves it too, as I have dropped nearly 3inches from this area over the last month.
5. I can add a large amount of GPP capacity to my overall sport training schedule which will show in the second half of the year when I go for some serious power/speed/strength qualities.
