Monster Double Kettlebell Flips
Having worked pretty solidly on the heavy kettlebells (40kg, 48kg and 60kg) of late I thought I would return to some double kettlebell flipping with the 40kg kettle bells to see how I would fair.
Here's the result:
A few pointers if you're thinking of going for a Double Kettlebell Flip:
1. Make sure you can do a double kettebell swing with both hands first
2. Put plenty of time into doing double kettlebell swings inside and outside the legs.
3. Ensure that your kettlebell handles will fit between your legs otherwise you need to practice turning them so they will.
4. Don't go too heavy, work up the weights as it double flipping puts a serious amount more force on you.
5. Keep working on it as it won't come immediately.
6. When going heavy, fully commit yourself to every flip as it takes some doing to counter the weight (80kg in my latest video)
