Heavy Sledge Hammer Training 20kg

Kettlebell coach Dogman from Dogmandu69 has put up a great video of 50 reps with the 20kg sledgehammer. This is a great feat of fitness as he weighs in at 70kg, Great work!

The hammer is great conditioning tool and can be used in many ways. Striking a tyre is a surefire way to develop GPP. John Brookfield is an avid hammer trainer.
