Kettlebells and Sandbags Supersets
Finished of last night's session with 3 supersets 60kg clean and push press and 60kg sandbag over a high bar (on my squat rack - in the style of Phil PFister) total of 6 reps per exercise
Previous to this was
24kg kettlebell snatch 1x100 reps,
3x10 double kb jerks (32kg)
30 reps kettlebell snatch 32kg
48kg BUP 1 x 3reps (right hand)
53kg Inch dumbbell clean and press 3 reps left and right
60kg kettlebell snatch 5 reps left and right
