Quick Workout

Quick Workout/Quick Training Session

Last nights training session was a quick one.

You don't have to kill yourself and train for hours to keep your hand in.

Short workouts are better than doing nothing at all and are great for energising yourself.

After 4x this kettlebell circuit, I did a 25 min dog walk with my 20kg weight jacket (this killed 2 birds with one stone)

10 x double 32kg's bell Romanian Deadlift
10 x single 24kg kettlebell lunge
10 x double 32kg's KB clean and press
