Strongman Training with Bars, Bands and Kettlebells
Had a fantastic day yesterday despite the rain.
My brother in law Pat Hodgson came and helped out with some Strongman Style training.
Zercher walk 165kg
Yolk Walk 100kg
Overhead and rack walk 40kg + 40kg
Farmer walk 72kg each hand with double kettlebells
Did many other things with the bells too. Look out for some of this later.
The bands add some serious instability to this type of training making lighter weights feels so much heavier.
