In discussing the influence of the Internet on public perception of Judge John Roberts and his nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, Stephen Dinan of the Washington Times mentions our 7/24/2005 post on Judge Roberts and sports law. In late July, for example, Sports Law Blog, found on the Web at http://vietnamsportnews.blogspot.com, looked at Judge Roberts' writings about sports and his work on a Title IX sex-discrimination case.
