Flips BUPs Tower of Terror 48kg Kettlebell

Part of last nights training session

Flips, BUP's and towers of terror with the 48kg kettlebell

Quality is not great as was getting dark and focus a bit iffy.



Finished with some 2 hands pinch (only done a couple of times) 80kg and some 1.9" v bar work upto 100kg
