150 Rep BUP Challenge

Quick friday night session on the 24kg Kettlebell, saw this on Captain Kettlebells Channel and fancied a quickie.

Did 160 reps (10 extra to make up for the dodgy reps). This seriously hit the stabilisers and core muscles.
