Swing Combo

Swing Combo

Every now and then I like to and you should also re-address how and why you are exercising.

You need to spend time to analyse your form in how you execute your kettlebell exercises.

Don't just turn up and train 'think about what you're doing' and how it maybe affecting your progression.

Too many times do you see the Kettlebell Swing done in a very lazy fashion.

You see the kettlebell just drop between the legs with hardly any leg bend and hardly any swing height. In my opinon, doing this is 'just going through the motions'

You can get a superb leg conditioning workout from swings alone if you get deep enough at the low point. Add to this some extra height and you've added 2 components that are going to enhance your conditioning level.

Check this video out as it's a prime example of how swings should be done to maximise your time.

Don't get me wrong, there are times and places when you can go real heavy on the swings and you may not get the depth and height, but seriously think about working on these points and you'll reap the benefits.

You don't need loads of fancy exercises, sticking to the basics is a secret in it's self.
