Secret Service Snatch Test (SSST)
Just had go at the ten minute SSST.
I managed 205 reps with the 24KG/53LB Kettlebell.
Felt good to really get the blood flowing and the heart racing with KB's
Felt like quitting half way through but didn't and ended up feeling as pumped up as the 'Michelin Man' so in a way I'm quite proud of myself.
Next stop is 275 reps (Ouch)... that's a rep every 2.18 secs. Or maybe not!
That's mutant kettlebell power! But there's no harm in trying.
Let's see how much pain I can cause!
