Kettlebell Push Press

Kettlebell Push Press 40kg for 40 reps

Also from this weekends training. 40kg kettlebell for 40 reps 20 each side. Next goal is to move up to 60 reps - 30 and 30. As you can see my technique needs some refining as I get very tired towards the end and start leaning. This is not girevoy sport this is more 'Bull powered Olympic ball tussling'

The Girevoy Sport guys are truly out of this world in terms fitness levels and energy conservation. I'm slowly putting elements of this style into my training.
