60kg Kettlebell BUP

60kg Kettlebell BUP

Hit a 60kg bottoms up press last night. Haven’t trained BUP’s for ages so was quite a surprise to get 60kg with no specific training and of very little warm in one of my quick workouts. So all is not lost yet and look out for some big lifting this year.

I was inspired after reading Adam’s Kettlebell article.
