Usually chains are used with regular barbells and incorporated into powerlifting movements.

But here Max Shank from strongashell.blogspot.com
Shows off a superb way of adding extra weight to kettlebells by the use of chains.

He performs a 156lb Bent Press at approx 180lb BW
