Overhead squat with a barbell is quite a difficult exercise and really relies on flexibility in the hips and shoulders, try the same movement with kettlebells and you're into totally different territory as the weight in a kettlebell is in a totally different place to that of a kettlebell.
I personally can overhead quite easily with a barbell. Not upto the 15 reps for bodyweight that Dan John talks about, but quite respectable weights that improve my flexibility quite considerably.
Here in this video Joe Oliver overhead squats 2 x 40kg kettlebells..... which is a totally amazing feat of flexibility and strength.
Give it a try! If you've never done it with a barbell then I doubt you will have a chance with two kb's. But it certainly is something to aim for.
If you're in need of a big change in your training then try the Pavel Tsatsouline method and drop everything to learn the overhead squat for a period of about 1 month until it's drilled in.
