AKC 60kg Challenge at Arnold Classic

Brian Schoonveld won the American Kettlebell Challenge 60kg comp at this years Arnold Classic.



The challenge - Put the 60kg kettlebell above your head as many times as possible without putting it down! Jerk/press. Brian does a push press lift and makes the 60kg kettlebell look like a toy

I will try this later on this week and see how close I can get to the 30 reps that Brian SChoonvled did, Brian is a strongman competitor looking to get to WSM. Good luck Brian.
