Jonnywildboar has put up another great kettlebell video. The TGU kettlebell complex jonny has used involves kettlebell squat, kettlebell snatch and kettlebell press in between the TGU. great idea, great challenging complex. Jonny does 10 reps - which will be quite a workout.
