Kettlebell Snatch with Bands

From last weeks training sessions, the kettlebell snatch with stretch bands attached to the powerlifting belt.

The band really makes the hip flexors and lower back work overtime and the 48kg bell feel like a 60kg. If you try this method don't over do it as it really works you hard.
