Kettlebell Training For Grip Strength

Had a crack at the kettlebell band curl last night. The exercise was inspired by Jedd Johnson of the Diesel Crew after I read his article on straight to the bar Click link to read it.

The exercise is fantastic and a different animal altogether compared to the standard curl and really provided a means to train the forearms in a manner not usually experienced.

Great thinking on Jedd's part!

I loved the exercise and will keep it as part of my training arsenal.

My forearms feel totally smoked today!
