Guy checked me out on youtube and asked for some advice, after he got stuck on the 48kg kettlebell BUP
I'm no expert on kettlebell lifting (please use any advice I may give as my own interpretation as I'm not a health professional)
My advice for over coming plateaus with the BUP is to use ladders with lighter bells, heavy bu cleans and partials from the top of the BUP and also BUP Pre fatigue triple (i.e kettlebell press, waiter press and finish with a BUP for the 3rd rep) I used this quite a bit with the 60kg to get the 64kg BUP.
