Only Swing When You're Winning!

More swinging, followed last night.
24kg kettlebell
1-10 ladder - 110 reps
6 minute set - 231 swings
3 min rest
8 min set - 313 swings
Followed with Vulcan Gripper and Wrist Developer works for BSH comp

Kettlebell snatch challenge to follow tomorrow!

Should be painfull !!!
