I've spent a few days revisiting the kettlebell swing.
The question is high, medium or low?
I've followed Bud Jeffries for along time now (ever since I got into these kettle-balls) and watched Bud's recent video of 1 hr of kettlebell swings = 2350 reps. Which made me question how I should be swinging a kettlebell - high or low or somewhere in between?

The answer is 'I don't know', I think if you swing high you'll do less reps and doubt anyone could swing a kettlebell for an hour with this style. Swinging 'low' means you could last for longer.
Any ideas anyone? I'm sure we've all got our own ideas and goals to reach
For now I'll be swinging 'my way' and going for time, mixed in with kettlebell snatches.
Last nights session involved, low kettlebell swings to see what was possible in 5 minutes - 200 swings (to get a feel for what Bud is doing). I quite liked the session and will probably use it one easier days when an all out session seems quite daunting.
