Mark Reifkind has written a cracking article on how Frank Shamrock was trained with kettlebells for his comeback fight against Caesar Gracie. Found a new exercise here too whic is always a bonus - the Guard Press, Mike Mahler invented the exercise I believe. It involves lying on your back and floor pressing kettlebells (this mimics pushing an opponent off you in combat sports/MMA)

It goes something like doing 500 16kg Snatches on each arm before you put the kettlebell down.

Anyways get the article read as it's a great article and will give you something to train for if your lost for something to do.
