Build Dynamic Strength

Kettlebell training for building dynamic strength

This video is a great example of training explosive power, skill, co-ordination and grip strength all at once. It has a direct carry over to explosive skill based sports. High levels of co-ordination are required to turn the kettlebells when passing at the low point between the knees to avoid collision of the kettlebells, the kbells must then be turned back out ready for the swing and flip phase.

It is a must to have great eye hand co-ordination to flip the kettlebells and then grab them again to return to the low point of the swing. The grabbing action of the hand on regaining contact is an excellent grip developer.

Never get stuck in the rut of just doing swings and cleans, you'll soon get stale.

Alternate your training! Serious power can be developed with kettlebells, you just need to know how.

Coming soon.... some seriously tough strongman style exercises with kettlebells that you've probably never seen before.

Until then Stay Strong
