SLAYING THE BEAST
Back on with beast training (48kg Kettlebell).
I'm trying not let my guard slip after last week, when I slightly stressed out my lower back doing the cleans to acclimatise to weight of the kettlebell.
However, this week I'm back on track with the beast. Just completed a nice little lunch time routine with the 32KG KB with a combo circuit. 2 swings both hands, 2 swings l&r, 2 snatches l&r, 2 cleans l&r and 2 Clean and press l&r x2 all round. Followed by 4 x10 l&r push press(32kg)
Followed with 1 x 6 l&r press 48kg kettlebell followed bu 1 x 10 l&r press 48kg kettlebell with a mighty set to end of 1 x 12 l&r press 48 kg kettlebell (THE BEAST)
So here we go back into it. Will keep you informed.
