I have bought Bud's Ebooks, 900lb squat, Twisted Conditioning and Twisted Conditioning II and found them all to be very inspirational. Bud is an Old school totally Raw Strength Super Human.

Bud has really hit the nail on the head with this article and how to mix in kettlebell swings with your usual weight training routine to maximise your performance and improve one's strength and kettlebell training repertoire. Forget periodization and forget elaborate training regimes.

This is 'Old School' and this is how it should be.
