Fat Loss

Despite being a regular trainer on the kettlebells I have devoted quite a lot of time to the heavier Kbells (40kg and 48kg) to build up my strength. However, I have recently being told several times (you never no the first 10 people may just have looked at you at the wrong moment) that I'm looking rather slovenly (in other words a fat pig). So , finally after my mother gave me the hard word I realised I really must do something about it!

So I'm gonna be high high repping the kettlebells with clean, presses, snatches and swings. Basically a really big circuit to burn off some of that blubber and follow up with a new improved diet. Cos we all know that's the main thing, or at least more than half the battle. If you're diet ain't right then you not gonna lose nothing, period end of story!!!

So after scouring the internet for some books (jesus I already have 20). I stopped because they're all the same give or take a few things like the amount of carbs protein you eat etc. So I went to that lovely place I look for information on the internet called www.T-nation.com and found this article that I believe will get anyone kick started and on the right road to losing those Love Handles.

It doesn't have to be technical, but this lays out some easy steps to take on a daily basis to get you down the right road to being slimmer, healthier and fitter.
