High Pulls

High Pulls with Kettle Handle

Training High Pulls with my kettle handle the other night.

The high pull is something I've never ventured into with anything other than a barbell.

Is a great exercise assist the snatch and clean movements

I worked upto 70kg sets of high pulls after some beast kettlebell swings. What I found was the slightly smaller diameter of my handle felt great and the weight was nice and easy after lots of 60kg kettlebell work preparing for my Supernova Challenge kettlebell.

Worked through 5 set of 3 each side.
