Here's a description of how to do one.
The SOTS press really hits the core and shoulder and is a serious test of your mobility
Clean a kettlebell and go into a full squat. Stay in the bottom position of the front squat and press the kettlebell overhead until it is locked out completely. Lower the KB back to the start position and rep out. Stay in the low position of the squat for the whole of the set. Make sure you push your glutes into your calves and contract your core to gain stability and power. To do a SOTS press you must be able to squat really deep.
The SOTS press is a really tough move and will certainly weed out your weaknesses.
