Kettlebells For Strong Shoulders and Big Deadlift
Smitty from the Diesel Crew has posted a superb video of training with kettlebells, using some seriously clever methods.
I love the chains attached to the kettlebells off of blocks, brilliant. Use your brain to train!
Also, double kettlebell press is gonna be a goer for me. Great idea for holding one above your head whilst pressing the other kettlebell. Almost a seesaw kettlebell press but much harder. Shoulder training with kettlebells may just have got a bit harder.
