Sandbag Swinging Exercises
Josh Henkin has provided us with a great video about sand bag training. The sandbag swing is very similar to the kettlebell swing, the exercises in this video could be utilised with a kettlebell too.
I have been playing around with sandbags for a while and boy do they give you an intense workout which is great as they cost next to nothing to make up if you're strapped for cash.
