Training Routines

Do you need a training routine?

Good question!

Do you?

It's dependant on a couple of things if you're training or working out (i.e are you training routines leading somewhere?) and how much time you have.

I often believe everyone is looking on the internet for THE 'Training Routine', you know the one that will transform you from Zero to Hero in about 28 days. This certainly doesn't exist anywhere, I'm pretty sure about that.

But what does exist is lots of information about other peoples training routines that can help you design your own. This is very good as there is nothing like learning and training a the same time.

I like to think that I could strip down a training routine into about two exercises just like Pavel does in 'Power to the People' (which is a must read by the way, google it if you don't know). In this training routine he takes just 2 exercises and that's it. I've done this type of routine before with great success. It just depends where you are heading and if it's towards a goal. I would highly recommend getting one as it's a surefire way to keep on going.

So if you don't have a goal yet then get one and start working towards it and design your own training routine around it.
