I guess these things have always been done, for centuries.

Old is now new and everything is coming around again.

Press ups, squats and swinging heavy stuff around whether it's a kettlebell,a macebell or a sandbag.

Keeping fit and strong doesn't have to be expensive or time consuming.

Also, don't let strength and fitness be a craze or a 'latest thing' for you, make it part of your daily life. Just do something and you'll reap the benefits
