As I am very excited about Viking Warrior Conditoning I have decided to start a new blog to track my training for VWC at Viking Warrior Conditioning

Since doing the cadence test I have moved onto my very first(after receiving my book) VO2max workout - 15:15

I will post my results soon to let you know how I got on
