Recently I've been chipping away at the Personal Trainer Manager Snatch challenge using mainly heavy kettlebells everyday. I'm loving it to be honest and so is my waistline. I must admit I may be neglecting other movements due to this but I suppose Pavel would call this Greasing The groove!

What an excellent site and I really love the concept, welldone!
However, she is also running something similar to the snatch challenge (if you missed this it's here) called the 10000 swing challenge.
So this got me thinking that I may run the 2 together with my little self to totally bow my kettlebell fitness through the roff in preperation for the forth coming season of competitive sport (Track and Field.Highland Games and who knows....Strongman)
