Kettlebells are a superb training tool that can be used to greatly increase dynamic strength.

Due to the increasing weight that kettlebells are now available in, you don't just have to stand and swing and snatch the kettlebell in an aerobic fashion. Kettlebells can be used to teach the body explosive qualities too!

Note the triple extension, heavy posterior chain work and the hand and eye co-ordination neccesary to complete such an exercise.
