Heavy Kettlebell Swings Week

 

Having recently repped my way up to 2000 snatches over the last few weeks, I’ll be entering a phase of heavy double and single kettlebell swings over the next week as a break from high rep snatches.

 

I will be working through my range of kettlebells in a ‘ladder’ fashion as follows:

 

2 hand swing with 40 kg (1 rep)

1 hand swing with 40kg (1 rep)  * left and right

2 hand swing with 60 kg (1 rep)

1 hand swing with 60kg (1 rep)  * left and right

2 hand swing with 80 kg (1 rep) * done with 2 x 40 kg kettlebells

 

Repeat the ladder for 2 reps, then 3 and so on…………………………. Until near death

 

Rest and repeat
