MMA Kettlebells
Without a doubt if you're an MMA athlete and you're not training with kettlebells then you're missing out on gaining valuable extra strength and conditioning. The kettlebells is so versatile it can be used to train your full body in one workout with only a few exercises.
Simply put, if you're a fighter you're gonna need bags of physical (and mental) fitness to get through the fight.

Double Kettlebell clean and press x 10
Double kettlebell burpee (Just do the burpee but with kettlebells) x 10

Guard Press with kettlebells x 20 (See my previous article where Mike Mahler taught this one to Frank Shamrock here
Kettlebell Swing x 20
Seesaw Press with kettlebell x 20
Single ketlebell squat x 20
Take 30-60 seconds rest between exercises and 3 min between sets.
Repeat as many times as possible until you can't stand any more!
This is a real beast of a workout but if you compete in MMA you need to be a BEAST so get CRACKING!
