Kettlebells and Hindu Squats Ladder
With my kettlebell snatch extravaganza well under way I have been throwing in some extra leg endurance training to hit the cardio even harder than just working on the kettlebell snatch challenge stuff.
Did a good one earlier today with the 32kg kettlebell and hindu squats
Ladder from 1-10 Left hand and right hand snatch
mixed in with 6-15 rep ladder on Hindu Squats
Finished off with 10 x 10 Double 32kg kettlebell jerk 45 sec rest between sets.
I suppose yuo could call this German Volume training for Kettlebells
This workout really got me pumped up and was an inspiration from Amphibiman's Beasteru Workout that he did a couple of weeks back
